Recreation Center

Our recreation center hosts varied community events including pot luck suppers, games nights, and holiday parties.  It can be booked by residents for private functions for a nominal fee.

Indoor Pool

Our heated salt-water indoor pool is open during the spring and summer months for the enjoyment of residents and their guests. Staffed by a trained pool attendant to ensure cleanliness and control access.

Varied Architecture

We are a community of one hundred twenty-one 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes with varied architecture that resembles a small town​.   An internal walking path system connects all the homes together to many open grassy common areas.

All the houses feature either underground parking spaces or above-ground garages at the end of the back yard.  Visitor parking is situated around the outer edge of the property.
